Magrabi Hospitals, in its main administrative headquarters in Jeddah, held the signing ceremony for the construction of the new surgical tower on Al Madinah Road, partnering with STS Ltd., one of the major construction and building services companies.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Mutasim Ali Reza, CEO of Magrabi group, and Mr. Ibrahim Mazhar, General Manager of STS Development.

This major project aims to improve the service for countless patients in the northern and central Jeddah regions by transferring surgical operations from south to central Jeddah, but also to answer the increasing demand for Magrabi branches and its specialized services, as many consider it the trusted place for ophthalmology.

The medical tower will be equipped with the highest level of modern medical technology and will include integrated clinics for ophthalmology and Dentistry, equipped at the highest level with all the equipment you need, examination rooms, x-rays, and other services.

The new building will also include a complete operating suite with all its requirements, including operating rooms, patient preparation, recovery beds, anesthesia clinics, sterilization rooms (CSSD), this is in addition to administrative areas and public and support services, and a multistory car park with a capacity of 200 cars.

The new tower is expected to start operating at the beginning of 2024.
