Magrabi Hospitals & Centers was founded almost 70 years ago in 1955.
The Company was initially a single specialist eye facility in Jeddah, opened by Dr. Amin El-Maghraby – a highly recognized Egyptian ophthalmologist – with financial help from the Saudi government.
The location was the very first private specialized facility in the Middle East and North Africa (“MENA”), paving the way for a series of milestones in ophthalmology in both the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
