Dr. Hussein Khairy has extensive experience in the field of Ophthalmology with 27 years in the field and 22 years specializing in Vitreo-retinal surgeries. Starting his career at Magrabi Eye & Ear Hospital in 2001, he has performed over 6500 Vitreo-retinal surgeries, along with numerous phacoemulsification surgeries and intravitreal injections.

His active participation in local and international conferences highlights his commitment to staying at the forefront of his field. As the head of the Retina unit at Maghrabi Eye Complex, Dr. Hussein continues to make a positive impact on his patients’ lives and make significant contributions to the field.
