I would like to sincerely thank Magrabi Eye Center – Maadi and especially Dr. Mohamed Fayaz for the outstanding care, support, and advice we received. Dr. Fayaz was extremely professional, and his English is perfect, which made the entire process—from the initial eye test, to the surgery, and through post-surgery care—very easy and reassuring. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. My wife was very scared and initially did not think she would go through with the surgery. However, after meeting Dr. Fayaz and seeing how clearly and calmly he explained everything, she completely changed her mind and decided to have the surgery the very next day after the eye test. A big thank you to the entire team for making the whole process so easy, straightforward, and well organized. They paid attention to every little detail and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout. Thank you again and again to everyone involved for such an excellent experience.
