It is my pleasure to share my experience as patient using the service of your New Cairo Eye Hospital. For over ten years, I used another one of your Cairo establishments and I can clearly see how different this one is; a very positive professional attitude among nurses, administrators and Manager. My exposure included regular visits as well as issues that needed higher level managerial decision. Today, I came for check up and told the nurse of how different this hospital is versus the other establishments I visited before, she had a big meaningful smile on her face and added " Ms. Heba select each one by herself" which made me ask to meet the person in charge. The nurse replied smiling that I should see Ms. Heba. I felt so pleased to have expressed my positive experience in this hospital and my appreciation to the leadership of Ms. Heba Henry

I went to Dr. Nadeen Ihab for dental caries and a really painful wisdom tooth, and I can honestly say she changed the whole experience for me. I was so anxious walking in, but she spoke to me calmly, explained what she was going to do in simple words, and made sure I felt comfortable before she even started. She was incredibly gentle with her hands, constantly checking if I was okay, and she worked with so much patience and care that the pain and fear I had completely faded. She didn’t rush anything, she listened, and she treated me like a person, not just a case. I walked out feeling relieved, pain-free, and genuinely grateful to her for making something I was dreading feel so easy and safe.

I was experiencing severe tooth pain and decided to book an appointment here following a friend’s recommendation of Dr. Nadeen. To be honest, I arrived in quite a foul mood due to the discomfort, but my experience completely changed once Dr. Nadeen began her work. Her skill and gentle approach made it the very first time I have ever had dental treatment without feeling any pain whatsoever.
