my tears are falling while doing this review. I would like to express my deepest gratitude and heartfelt appreciation to Magrabi Eye and Ear Center. Mushrif Branch for the excellent care and professionalism I received. I recently underwent a very successful exotropia surgery after carrying this condition for 36 years, and the result has truly been life-changing for me. My sincere and special thanks go to my ophthalmologist, Dr. Mohammad Mahmoud Hassan Kaoud. He is an outstanding doctor highly skilled, calm, and very reassuring. He explained everything clearly, gave me confidence before the surgery, and delivered an excellent result. I am extremely grateful for his expertise, precision, and dedication. I would also like to thank the nurses and the entire medical team for their kindness, patience, and support before and after the surgery. You made me feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for at every step. To everyone at Magrabi Mushrif doctors, nurses, and staff thank you big time for what you have done for my eye and for giving me new confidence. My daughter, Sarah, underwent strabismus surgery on both eyes with Dr Mohammed Kaoud, and we are extremely happy and satisfied with the results. The doctor was very kind, helpful, and patient. He explained the entire procedure in detail before the surgery, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind. After we returned home, he personally called us to check on Sarah and ask how she was feeling, which truly meant a lot to us. Both doctors went above and beyond to provide world-class medical care with genuine compassion and attention to detail. Dr. Ahmed Morsi is truly one of the best ENT specialists I’ve ever encountered. His thorough explanations, patience, and personalized approach made me feel completely at ease. He genuinely cares about his patients’ recovery and ensures every concern is addressed with clarity and confidence. He explains everything clearly and treats patients with great kindness and professionalism Dr. Hisham, the Eye Doctor, is equally remarkable. I’d like to express my gratitude to all the staff at Magrabi, especially Dr. Ahmed Morsi (ENT) and Dr. Mohamed Qaoud (Eye), for their professionalism and attentive follow-up. The entire team were very friendly and efficient in handling appointments and follow-ups. We had both the adenoid removal and tear duct probing done at the same time, and everything went smoothly.
