I recently had my femtolasik procedure done with Dr. Tamer Jamaly and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the first consultation, the doctor explained everything clearly and patiently, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable and confident about the surgery. On the day of the procedure, everything was smooth, professional, and well-organized. I’m one day post-LASIK and honestly very happy with my experience so far. I had no dryness at all with the treatment and eye drops they provided, which really surprised me in a good way. Dr. Tamer Osama is very kind, professional, and takes his time to answer all your questions. He explains everything clearly and keeps following up, which made me feel very reassured and safe throughout the process. The surgery itself was very smooth. I was scared before going in, but I truly didn’t feel anything. During the procedure, both the doctor and the staff kept asking if I was okay, which really helped calm my nerves. Overall, the care, attention, and professionalism were excellent. I’m very glad I chose Dr. Tamer Osama and his team.
